Visiting regulations
We want all visitors to feel comfortable at the historical site. To ensure this, the following rules apply from the moment you enter one of the Tempelhof-Schöneberg premises:
When carrying rucksacks, umbrellas or large bags, please ensure that you do not bump into anything. Should a mishap occur, please contact our visitor service.
If you are hungry or thirsty, please only use the outside areas and not the historic rooms.
Please leave pets at home. There is one exception: visually impaired guests may bring their dogs with them so that they can guide them through the town.
Riding skateboards, inline skates etc. is fun, but is simply too dangerous and inappropriate at the historic site. Therefore, please leave these items in the entrance area.
We are happy for impressions and experiences to be captured on camera. Please only take photos of yourself and your companions, but not of other guests. The photographs can be used privately, but if they are required for other purposes, please ask the museum management for written permission.
Is there something lying around somewhere that someone has obviously forgotten or lost? Please hand it in to the service staff and we will keep it with the lost property.
Our service staff will be happy to answer questions and provide assistance during your visit to the historical site.
Please behave in such a way in all museum buildings and facilities that other guests do not feel disturbed and follow the instructions of the staff. If someone is causing a disturbance, they can be removed from the premises at any time by the service staff or other employees. This also applies to noise nuisance, anti-constitutional and discriminatory statements and people who are recognisably under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Violations of the visitor regulations may result in a ban from the premises.
